PanosFX, as of now 32 bit can not be uninstalled & you are right about the absence of uninstaller. (refer: Re: Big Shortcoming of Photoshop CC: Can't uninstall 32-bit version)
I shall certainly update you regarding this after I gather more information from the concerned department.
