Try as I might, I cannot get a sheet of round labels to align correctly when printing from Illustrator to a Canon MG 5320 printer. I can use the same template to print to a different printer (an HP model inkjet) but not to the Canon. If I save every print setting from the HP, and select the same options on the Canon, the right top label is aligned, the other labels get compressed in (outer edges pushed to center), labels get compressed top toward bottom, and labels get compressed within each 3" image.
I am using CC 2014, on a Dell Inspiron 660 Windows 8.1, Canon Mg 5320 printer (wireless connect). ALL drivers are current as of 15 minutes prior to this post.
The alignment issue is frustrating at the least. The printer works fine on most other print jobs, but alignment out of Ai, or exporting the Ai to PDF and using Acrobat Pro to print, fails.
Some assistance please.....?
