Hi, I had this happen to me too, and I figured out what caused it for me. (Not sure if the same thing is happening with you, but it's worth investigating.) So, there was an image (not sure if it was a .jpg or what) underneath of the accordion TAB. That actually prevented it from opening it. I had to lower the image. As long as the image is below the last tab, and not underneath (behind), then it is usually okay. I also noticed the accordian did not expand when placed above a box-shape that I drew with the built-in Muse designer.
