Re: How to add an existing mask to new selection

If this is a mask that is attached to a layer and you have a new selection created that you want to add that mask to as a selection, simply hold down Ctrl (Win) or Command (Mac) + Shift and click on the mask. A Ctrl/Command+Click on a layer mask will make a selection of that mask. When you add the shift key, it adds the mask selection to any existing selection.
