Not the one for Adobe Flash Player 14 that I use according to my computer. That one doesn't even load up and it says that the application isn't responding. Also the one you can get for the Mac OSx also isn't 64 bit according to my computer.

Keep an real close eye on the template you select as it will save the specifics of your page setup. If those settings are off, the template will just keep doing it. Everything you do to setup a print job can be saved within a template.
Usually best to build a NEW user template, start from scratch and configure everything, double check the settings, then alt/option click on the template and select the Update command.

The Captivate source project file (.cptx) will never expire.
If you had Captivate 8 trial earlier and you created a project on that machine and published the output, then output will expire after 30 days of publish.
Once you have purchased the software, you need to reopen that .cptx file in purchased copy of Captivate and publish it again from there and that will never expire.

I believe many of the most popular and useful apps will simply be time and money savers. It's obvious that this can already be done in BC, or I wouldn't be able to build an app for it. This kind of functionality will be very useful to many clients. But, like you mentioned on LinkedIn, very few partners are able to build something like this. To me, that's the definition of a good app.

For Premiere Elements 11 and 12, you cannot change its default project preset from NTSC AVCHD Full HD1080i30 or its PAL counterpart PAL AVCHD Full HD1080i25 to something else.
For each project, you can set the project preset manually if you do not want the program to take over setting the project preset based
on the properties of the first drag to the Timeline.
To set the project preset manually, open the project to the Expert workspace, go to File Menu/New/Project and Change Settings.
In the Change Settings area, change the project preset. Before you exit that area, be sure to have a check mark next to "Force Selected Project Setting on This Project" in the new project dialog.
Then you import your source media, using the appropriate Add Media choice.
If you want a version of Premiere Elements that uses the default project preset of NTSC DV Standard or its PAL counterpart PAL DV Standard, then you need to look to a version of Premiere Elements earlier than 11.

Can anyone tell me where you can customize what happens when you double click on a tool? I could fix it there.
I work at a medium sized business, we don't have an IT department. Our developer looks after any IT issues and he can't figure out what is going on as when he installed the tools on his machine it worked fine. I have tried everything I can think of and I just cannot get this to work.
I remember seeing that one card works great with Premiere but then AE doesn't like it as much for 3D.

Alex, I am wondering if, like me, you are expecting a 1:1 playback when scrubbing and the ever so slight jittering of the timeline is annoying you to the point of doing this research.
Just edited something recently and it wasn't terrible. It wasn't bad enough that I had to spend $500 on a video card to fix. Using strictly DSLR footage, I edited as needed, and just sharpened and adjusted color afterwards on an adjustment layer. Mind you, I do not have any fancy disk setup. I use different drives to the OS for editing and keep everything on that drive, nothing special for exporting or previews, at least not yet. Whatever you are dealing with I suspect is not close to as bad as I am dealing with. I suppose it MAY be a situation where we have to ask ourselves if we are being impatient or something?
Again, it sounds like you pretty much have to deal with what I deal with, which is, forget about any sort of smooth playback if you add denoiser or anything from magic bullet. They simply have to be rendered, or as I mentioned, I will finish my edit and do these things last and just export.
With that said, I do intend to build a new machine by next April. I am waiting for Windows 9 and the 800 series of video cards. I intend to use the intel 4930 6 core CPU. I am not the most savvy with hardware, but it seems as though this is the best bang for the buck compared to the 1000 dollar extreme version of the CPU, and I figured 12 cores via hyperthreading have to lend itself better to video editing and exporting than 8, right? As for video card, being on sub-500 CUDA cores compared to the 2000 of the newer cards, I would hope those new cards add SOMETHING to the equation. Would love to know what EXACTLY CUDA cores do for me, and if more means anything substantial.
Bill, thank you for your input. I have essentially learned that with my next build, I should be pretty content with that 800 series card, and per Bob, my RAM will be maxed at 64GB I am thinking.

Yes, I purchase it last two months, at Best Buy, they also tried tech support and think something is gravely wrong with the driver issue.
I have also deinstalled and reinstalled using Adobe software.
Switching to another user on the same machine Illustrator is ok so I thought a Permission problem and have set the apps folder to All, still no luck
So the answer for the OP is: Use Windows. Good to know.
